PHASE Athletics is partnering with LiveLikeMadi to create fundraiser for the team in honour of Madison Stephan. 

We are excited to introduce the Madi Stephan Sprint Challenge taking place on Sunday June 9th at Norm Brown Field in Wetaskiwin!

From 2013-2015, Madi ran for and represented Leduc Track Club and WCHS Sabres. Madi was a phenomenal 100m, 200m and relay runner. She represented Zone 4 in the Alberta Summer Games in 2014 as well as qualified in the 100m & 200m finals in the ASAA provincials in 2014 & 2015. Madi still remains in the Leduc Track Club top 2o all time records in both the 100m & 200m.

Madi was a friend and teammate to both PHASE coaches, Maddie and Natasha.

Madi was tragically taken from us on July 5th 2019 in a motor vehicle accident. In her memory, Madi’s family created the LiveLikeMadi movement which has left a huge impact in the community of Wetaskiwin. LiveLikeMadi posts monthly Madi missions to spread kindness throughout the community, just as Madi had spread her kindness and light with all those who had the privilege of knowing her.
